Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (On-Roll & Off-Roll Sales)

Role Objective:
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Recruiter to lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process for our Sales vertical. This role is unique as it requires the ability to switch between hiring high-level On-Roll corporate sales professionals and managing the high-volume, fast-paced requirements for Off-Roll/Field sales staff. The ideal candidate will be a headhunter by nature, capable of managing the full recruitment funnel under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dual-Channel Recruitment Management:
- On-Roll Hiring: Source and select high-caliber sales professionals for permanent corporate positions, focusing on stability and brand fit.
- Off-Roll Hiring: Manage high-volume recruitment for field sales, contract staff, and third-party payroll associates, ensuring a continuous pipeline to counter high attrition.
2. Sourcing & Headhunting:
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and specialized portals to find active and passive talent.
- Conduct ground-level sourcing and networking to fill off-roll positions across different territories.
3. End-to-End Execution:
- Handle the entire lifecycle: Sourcing ➔ Initial Screening ➔ Coordination with Business Heads ➔ Negotiation ➔ Offer Generation.
- Conduct detailed competency-based interviews to assess Sales Grit, communication, and local market knowledge.
4. Performance & Documentation:
- Ensure 100% compliance in documentation for both on-roll and off-roll joiners.
- Maintain real-time recruitment trackers and provide daily reports on Open vs. Closed positions and Time-to-Hire.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3–7 years in End-to-End Recruitment, specifically within Sales hiring.
- Skill Set: Must have a proven track record of managing both permanent (On-Roll) and contract/outsourced (Off-Roll) staff.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of incentive structures, field sales challenges, and local talent markets.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi. Marathi is highly preferred for coordinating with off-roll/field staff and local vendors.
- Personal Attributes: Smart, confident, and persuasive. Must be able to sell the role to potential candidates.
- Stability: A history of stable tenures is preferred, as we are looking for a long-term team member.
