Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support hiring across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and experienced in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and closing candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Manage candidate documentation, interview feedback, and recruitment tracking
• Support offer negotiations and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS or recruitment management system
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as required

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Corporate Hiring
• Strong experience in sourcing and candidate engagement
• Experience recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for IT, technology, consulting, or professional services roles
• Experience working with distributed or global teams
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
• Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environment
