We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for critical business and enabling functions on a 6-month contract basis.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for critical business and enabling functions on a 6-month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panels.
- Drive offer management, negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Candidates should have prior recruitment experience in:
- HR
- Finance & Accounts
- Procurement
- Supply Chain
- Administration
- Legal
- Marketing
- Corporate Functions
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4-7 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar recruitment platforms.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
