Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding H1B, Green Card (GC), EAD, and US Citizen (USC) candidates across various technologies and coordinating with the consulting/sales team for effective bench marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates with work authorization such as H1B, GC, EAD, and USC.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across multiple technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.).
- Conduct initial screening, validation, and documentation of candidates.
- Coordinate with the bench sales / consulting team for candidate marketing and submissions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and internal systems.
- Ensure proper documentation (visa copies, resumes, ID proof, etc.) is collected and maintained.
- Work closely with account managers and sales teams to align candidate availability with client requirements.
- Follow up regularly with candidates and consultants regarding project status.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels effectively.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in US IT Staffing / Talent Acquisition.
- Good understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, EAD, USC).
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
