About The Role
Phenom is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter / Healthcare Recruitment Specialist with experience in hiring for the Pharma, Healthcare, or Medical domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and the ability to identify and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Pharma/Healthcare roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, CRM/ATS and other channels
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and trackers
- Drive quick closures for open positions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Proven experience hiring for Pharma / Healthcare / Medical / Life Sciences roles
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiner or serving a notice period of up to 15 days
- Prior experience in product-based or tech-driven organizations is a plus
