Talent Acquisition Specialist(Night shift & Kolkata)

Night shift & Kolkata location

Timing: 7:30pm - 4:30 am (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Job Description:

•Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria

•Source & screening applicants through USA job portals & other professional networks

•Shortlist relevant resumes

•Cold calling

•Send emails and follow-ups

•Explaining training details

•Maintain records of all candidates during recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork

Qualifications/Traits:

•Having 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant field.

•Good communication skill in English (both spoken and written).

•MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Power Point).

•Great interactive skills.

•Bachelor's/ Master's degree or relevant degree is mandatory.
