Job Description
- Responsible for talent acquisition for different roles including sales function at all levels for PAN India locations.
- Leveraging different sources to attract talent like employee referral scheme, job portals, newspaper advertisements, consultants, walk ins and headhunting etc. to optimize recruitment cost and improve employer branding.
- Ensuring continuous process improvement /enhancement to improve TAT , quality feedback.
- Contributing to HR dashboard on recruitment and related areas using excel or any other tools.
- Working on key policies or process excellence to ensure internal controls in system.
- Creating strong network with industry profiles to create a continuous talent pipeline of quality profiles.
- Managing background verification, on-boarding /KYC documentation, induction of new joiners and asset management.
