Job Description
We are hiring for a leading MNC in the Chemical Manufacturing industry for a Talent Acquisition Specialist role.
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract on Company Payroll (extendable based on performance and business requirements)
Experience: 2-6 Years in Recruitment (IT & Non IT)
Industry: Manufacturing experience is mandatory
CTC - Upto 7 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and technical roles across functions including Operations, R&D, Sales, and Finance.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand manpower requirements and define effective sourcing strategies.
- Deliver quality candidate shortlists within agreed timelines.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Employee Referral Programs to source candidates proactively.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing through offer closure and onboarding.
