Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (2–3 years experience) to drive high-quality hiring across Sales, Operations, and GTM roles in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role requires strong ownership of end-to-end hiring, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver against defined hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles (primarily Sales, Customer Success, and Operations)
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, Wellfound, IIMJobs, and alternative channels
  • Drive reference-based and network-driven hiring initiatives
  • Partner with Founders, CXOs, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and close roles efficiently
  • Conduct initial screening and evaluation to ensure role-fit and quality
  • Ensure fast turnaround on interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate data in Zoho Recruit (ATS) and track pipeline metrics
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring roles

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in in-house Talent Acquisition (startup/SaaS preferred)
  • Proven experience in hiring for Sales / Business Development / Customer Success roles
  • Strong expertise in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, and database search techniques (Boolean)
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach with ownership mindset

Good to Have

  • Experience in high-volume or fast-paced startup hiring
  • Prior exposure to referral programs or campus hiring
  • Basic understanding of SaaS business roles and metrics

Not Suitable If

  • Experience limited to third-party agency hiring only
  • No exposure to Sales/GTM hiring roles
  • Inability to manage multiple roles with defined timelines
  • Long notice period (>30 days)
