Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in US and Canada IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with implementation partners and State/Government clients, with a strong focus on W2 hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US & Canada IT roles
- Source candidates through:
- Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job boards
- Work on W2 roles, ensuring compliance and proper screening
- Partner with implementation vendors and prime vendors
- Recruit for State clients / Government projects
- Maintain strong pipeline and meet daily/weekly submission targets
- Ensure quality submissions aligned with client requirements
Required Qualifications
- 1- 3 years of experience in US/Canada IT recruitment
- Strong experience working with:
- Implementation partners / Prime vendors
- State / Government clients
- Hands-on experience with:
- W2 hiring (must-have)
- Job portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster
- Good understanding of:
- US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and TAX Terms (T4/T4A/SI)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with VMS/MSP clients (Fieldglass, VectorVMS, etc.) and ATS (Ceipal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong networking and sourcing skills
