About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. As an in-house team member, you will play a key role in driving high-quality traffic, generating leads, and improving ROI for our technology solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance
- Manage budgets, bids, and campaign structures to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Create compelling ad copies, extensions, and landing page recommendations aligned with campaign goals
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting platforms
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for scaling campaigns
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (experience with Meta Ads is a plus)
- Solid understanding of keyword planning, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, or similar platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Good understanding of B2B marketing (preferably in the tech or IT services domain)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
