HR – Talent Acquisition (Chinese Language Specialist)

Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end talent acquisition for domestic and international markets with a focus on China region hiring, leveraging Mandarin language skills to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality talent. The role aims to strengthen global hiring capabilities and support business expansion through strategic recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
• Handle hiring for domestic and international roles, including niche and critical positions
• Drive recruitment of Mandarin-speaking candidates for China/APAC markets
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles (R&D, Engineering, Sales, Medical Devices)
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and recruitment agencies
2. Stakeholder & Business Partnering
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower planning and role requirements
• Act as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders
• Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and compensation benchmarks
• Ensure alignment of hiring with organizational growth plans
3. Candidate Management
• Conduct HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate fitment
• Coordinate interviews with internal and global stakeholders
• Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding process
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
4. International Hiring & Coordination
• Manage cross-border recruitment for China and APAC regions
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking candidates and stakeholders
• Coordinate with international consultants, vendors, and hiring partners
• Handle documentation and processes related to international hiring
5. Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
• Strengthen employer branding through professional engagement with candidates
• Drive initiatives to attract high-quality global talent
6. Process Excellence & Reporting
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, policies, and compliance standards
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and trackers
• Monitor hiring metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and cost per hire
• Continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications and Experience:
• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred
• Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience
• 3–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or medical devices industry preferred
• Exposure to international hiring / global recruitment is an added advantage
