Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for high-volume and business-critical hiring, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline, faster closures, and minimal turnaround time (TAT).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
• Drive bulk and volume hiring across business and support functions, with preference for candidates who have worked in fintech or other high-volume environments.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, databases, social platforms, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain a strong, active candidate pipeline against defined hiring requirements.
• Manage daily recruitment dashboards and maintain accurate MIS, funnel and hiring reports.
• Track the complete recruitment funnel — sourcing → screening → interview → selection → offer → joining.
• Ensure minimum TAT and faster closures for open positions.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, profiles, priorities and closure timelines.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates against defined job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Drive offer follow-ups, pre-joining engagement and joining conversions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as source effectiveness, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-join ratio, TAT and closures.
• Maintain a ready talent pool for recurring and high-volume positions.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–6 years of relevant core Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and hiring.
• Experience in bulk / volume hiring is strongly preferred.
• Candidates from Fintech, BFSI, NBFC, Lending, BPO, Sales or other high-volume hiring environments will be preferred.
• Strong focus on closures, hiring numbers and minimum TAT.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Candidates based in Delhi NCR / Noida will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with very short notice periods preferred.

Important: This Is a Core TA Role

This position is specifically for candidates with hands-on Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.

Profiles primarily focused or mixed roles having experience as HR Generalist, HRBP, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance or other non-recruitment functions will not be considered.
