About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment efforts. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to our hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage effective hiring and selection processes and strong LinkedIn sourcing
- Drive end-to-end recruitment cycles with a strong understanding of sourcing through referrals, job portals, and recruitment vendors
- Manage recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, follow-ups, and successful onboarding
- Conduct thorough pre-screening and candidate assessments
- Coordinate with interviewers to ensure quick turnaround times and a smooth candidate experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1+ year of proven experience in recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail
- Effective stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
