Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with around 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management ability, and experience working in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
- Ensure quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Tech Hiring
- Hire for roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, etc.
- Understand basic technical stacks and evaluate candidate fit during screening.
- Coordinate with technical panels for assessments.
Non-Tech Hiring
- Recruit for roles such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, and Admin.
- Evaluate candidates based on functional skills, cultural fit, and behavioral competencies.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
- Maintain recruitment data in ATS/HRMS systems.
Required Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Proven experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in startup / high-growth environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and employer branding initiatives.
