Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with around 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management ability, and experience working in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
  • Ensure quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.

Tech Hiring

  • Hire for roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, etc.
  • Understand basic technical stacks and evaluate candidate fit during screening.
  • Coordinate with technical panels for assessments.

Non-Tech Hiring

  • Recruit for roles such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, and Admin.
  • Evaluate candidates based on functional skills, cultural fit, and behavioral competencies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
  • Maintain recruitment data in ATS/HRMS systems.

Required Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  • Proven experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in startup / high-growth environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics and employer branding initiatives.
