Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement the company's Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and performing initial level screening.
  • Take ownership of the interview process and the candidate's experience.
  • Fulfilling order board requirements as per assigned targets.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.
  • Communicate regularly with the HR department to get a clear view of the company's hiring needs and organisational goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Tech recruitment for Junior to senior level positions.
  • Must have Previous SAAS hiring experience.
  • Product start-up experience is a Plus.
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines and targets.
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Impactful presentation style.
