What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs We are seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Team Leader to manage and guide a team of recruiters responsible for end-to-end hiring across global markets. The role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, experience working with international stakeholders, and the ability to operate effectively within a matrixed global organization. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on recruitment expertise with people leadership, ensuring high-quality hiring delivery while coaching and developing the recruitment team. Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential for building a strong and capable workforce. Developing an understanding of the talent market, proactively searching for qualified people, building a list of potential candidates & generating market intelligence insights in order to fill a job opening.
What are we looking for
- 6–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven team management experience leading and mentoring recruiters.
- Experience hiring for global or international markets, preferably supporting North America or international stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in North America shifts and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working in matrix organizations.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and functions.
