Role Summary

The Marketing Automation & Operations Specialist will support the execution, optimization, and measurement of Gurucul's marketing programs. This role will work closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to manage campaigns, improve lead flow, maintain data quality, strengthen reporting, and help the team leverage AI across core marketing workflows.

This is an in-office role based in Pune and is best suited for someone who is organized, data-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and optimize campaigns in Pardot, including emails, landing pages, forms, lists, nurture flows, and automation rules.
  • Support webinar, event, digital, and content campaign operations from setup through reporting.
  • Manage lead flow, routing, and lifecycle processes between marketing and sales in Salesforce.com.
  • Maintain campaign tracking, attribution, and funnel visibility across marketing and sales workflows.
  • Audit and improve CRM and marketing automation data quality, process consistency, and field hygiene.
  • Develop dashboards and recurring reports covering campaign performance, engagement, MQL to SQL progression, and pipeline contribution.
  • Work with global stakeholders to improve segmentation, lead scoring, grading, and nurture logic.
  • Identify and resolve sync or process issues between Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve campaign workflows, segmentation, reporting insight generation, content support, and operational efficiency.
  • Document processes, naming conventions, best practices, and standards to improve consistency and scale.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or marketing automation in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce.com.
  • Experience supporting campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation processes.
  • Comfort working with dashboards, funnel metrics, and performance analysis.
  • Strong spreadsheet and data management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work full-time from the Pune office; this is not a remote role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology marketing.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, nurture programs, segmentation strategy, and attribution reporting.
  • Experience supporting webinar platforms, digital campaign workflows, and third-party marketing tools.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools used in marketing operations, workflow automation, or reporting.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams, including US-based stakeholders.
