We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts across international markets. In this fully remote role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing top-tier talent for a variety of roles. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop job descriptions and post roles across various platforms to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Conduct background checks and manage offer rollouts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Six months to two years in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end hiring processes, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with interview techniques, job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities across departments.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and remote team dynamics is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic HR software
- A proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
