Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing and implementing employer branding strategies, and conducting interviews to identify top talent. The role also entails building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Expertise in Hiring processes and best practices
• Experience in Employer Branding and developing recruitment marketing strategies
• Skills in Interviewing techniques to assess candidates effectively
• Knowledge of Recruiting tools and technologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced or remote work environment is an advantage
