Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Baner, Pune

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to hire quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout and joining
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience hiring for IT Roles
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment
- Proficient in ATS and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with US/Global hiring (if applicable)
- Immediate to short notice joiners preferred
