About the Role
GoComet is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for our non-tech functions. You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines for GTM, Sales, and Operations teams while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles including GTM, Sales, Operations, and other business functions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Source and engage top talent through multiple channels: job boards, social platforms, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role fit, skills, and culture alignment.
- Drive interview processes, scheduling, selection discussions, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and ATS data.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical business roles.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives through innovative hiring strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements
- 36 years of hands-on recruitment experience in non-tech hiring, preferably in a product-based environment.
- Strong experience hiring for GTM, Sales, and Operations roles.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and maintain strong pipelines.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
