Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Develop and execute hiring plans across tech and business teams.
- Provide market insights (salary data, talent availability, competitor trends).
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and communities.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage external recruiters when needed.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding handoff.
- Maintain structured interview processes and consistent candidate evaluation.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience and timely communication.
- Promote Botsync's employer brand through social media, events, and campaigns.
- Collaborate on content that highlights company culture and opportunities.
- Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, offer rate, quality of hire).
- Optimise sourcing channels and interview processes.
- Implement and maintain ATS/recruiting tools.
Requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Experience hiring both technical (AI/engineering) and commercial (sales/BD) roles.
- Knowledge of SEA & Indian talent markets.
- Data-driven and organised; able to manage multiple roles at once.
- Proactive, resourceful, and candidate-centric.
- 3-6 years of recruiting experience (preferably in startups or tech).
- Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field).
