Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

The role involves leadership hiring across tech and non-tech domains, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to understand business needs, craft effective hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the CEO and help build an IPL team of top talent across verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Drive leadership hiring across both tech and non-tech roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business and role requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Identify and attract high-quality talent through innovative sourcing methods.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient hiring outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting and leadership hiring with 4-8 years of experience.
  • Background in consulting and currently working in a tech startup environment is a must.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes, interviewing, and hiring strategies.
  • Expertise in employer branding and talent outreach initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
