Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Focus on end-to-end non-IT recruitment, with a key responsibility for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
- Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the hiring process, manage candidate pipelines, and generate recruitment reports.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, anddirect outreach.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit in terms of skillset, experience, and alignment with company culture and productivity expectations.
- Focus on hiring people who will be productive and contribute to the company's long-term success.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust approaches to continuously attract high-performing and reliable employees.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-ofhire, and retention rates.
- Work with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition for new hires into productive roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , HRIS platforms, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- A keen eye for talent and the ability to assess not only qualifications but also long-term potential and productivity.
- Familiarity with employment laws, hiring practices, and labor market trends.
