Roles and responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic/video) to evaluate candidate fitment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain an active database of qualified candidates and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proficient in English and Hindi)
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
