About the Role:
OG Healthcare is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, primarily for Medical Scribe positions, along with other critical roles. You will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Post job openings across job portals, social media, and other platforms
- Source and screen candidates through various channels
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation
- Support employer branding and recruitment drives
Requirements:
- Any graduate with 1+ years of experience in recruitment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interview techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (ATS experience is a plus)
