Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Recruiters with hands-on exposure to Non-IT hiring, specifically in Sales and/or Oil & Gas domains. The ideal candidate should be confident in end-to-end recruitment and capable of managing multiple requirements independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Maintain proper documentation and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closures and adherence to hiring timelines.
Requirements:
- 6 months or more experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Mandatory exposure to Sales hiring and/or Oil & Gas hiring.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good stakeholder and candidate management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with staffing/consulting firms.
- Familiarity with ATS and job portals.
- Result-oriented and proactive mindset.
