Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Engineer Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition team. This role combines recruitment, talent intelligence, sourcing, and AI-powered hiring techniques to identify and engage top talent across IT and engineering domains. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, market research, and talent analytics while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, GitHub, referrals, and professional networks.
• Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Build Boolean search strings for effective candidate sourcing.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare candidate submission reports and recruitment trackers.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research for niche technology roles.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and other automation tools to improve sourcing and recruitment workflows.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Generate recruitment reports and monitor sourcing metrics.
