About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for our digital marketing and creative teams. This role is strictly focused on recruitment delivery, stakeholder management, and elevating our hiring quality. You will act as a talent advisor, leveraging modern sourcing tools and metrics to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Own the complete hiring lifecycle for digital marketing roles, including performance marketing, SEO, content, design, strategy, and account management.
  • Strategic Sourcing & AI Integration: Leverage AI tools, advanced Boolean searches, job portals, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach to build robust active and passive talent pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, establish hiring timelines, and calibrate on candidate quality.
  • Candidate Experience & Closure: Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews to ensure speed and quality. Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-joining engagement to ensure high offer-to-join ratios.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and analyze key metrics (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Source Mix, Offer Acceptance Rate) to optimize the hiring strategy.
  • System Management: Utilize KEKA HRMS for maintaining candidate databases, tracking the hiring pipeline, and ensuring a seamless transition into the onboarding phase.

Requirements

  • Education: MBA graduate (Mandatory).
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of dedicated Talent Acquisition experience, with a mandatory background in a Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Creative Agency environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Modern Recruiting Skills: Hands-on experience using AI for recruitment (sourcing, drafting JDs, screening) and a strong understanding of recruitment metrics.
  • Tech Stack: Practical know-how of KEKA HRMS & LinkedIn Recruiter is highly preferred.
  • Traits: High-energy, resilient, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple overlapping open requisitions.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: 50,000 60,000 per month.
