You'll play a key role in scaling our teams across tech and non-tech functions while creating an engaging candidate experience that reflects who we are.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
Use creative sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and keeping candidates engaged through to their joining date.
Maintain hiring dashboards and recruitment reports.
What We're Looking For
23 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferably across tech and engineering roles).
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
A people person who genuinely enjoys building teams.
