Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and networks.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience by coordinating interviews, feedback, and offer discussions.
• Maintain and track recruitment pipelines, hiring metrics, and candidate databases.
• Support HR and people operations, including onboarding coordination and documentation.
• Assist in streamlining internal processes and operational workflows to improve team efficiency.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or recruitment coordination.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Prior experience hiring for tech, design, or digital roles will be an advantage.
