We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with a min of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and partnering with stakeholders to meet hiring needs.

Role and Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Internet/ Product Company
- Proven expertise in sourcing and screening candidates across various functions and levels.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
