We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience in India recruitment, preferably with current or prior experience handling NTT DATA and Wipro requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, along with hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment for India-based hiring requirements, including NTT DATA and Wipro mandates.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for India-based hiring requirements, including NTT DATA and Wipro mandates
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, closures, and candidate engagement
- Support smooth onboarding, documentation, and joining processes
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and reports
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in India recruitment / talent acquisition
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and technologies
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing, screening, and closing capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using ATS and job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in corporate or consulting environments
- Strong exposure to large enterprise client hiring
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Pay range and compensation package
Experience: 4 to 6 years only
Location: Perumbakkam, Chennai (Work from Office No Remote)
