We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join the NCR Voyix Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will own end-to-end hiring for critical technology positions, partner closely with business leaders, and deliver high-quality talent pipelines that support our fast-paced engineering organization.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment (Tech Hiring)
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for mid to senior-level technical roles (Software Development, QA, Automation, DevOps, Cloud, SRE, Data Engineering, etc.).
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Build strong talent pipelines using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, employee referrals, and market mapping.
- Engage passive candidates and convert them through effective relationship building.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers, engineering leads, and HRBP teams to understand business needs.
- Provide market insights, hiring trends, and data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct regular hiring status meetings and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Candidate Experience
- Deliver a seamless, professional candidate experience.
- Maintain timely communication and ensure transparency throughout the process.
- Process Excellence
- Maintain accurate hiring data in ATS (Workday/SuccessFactors or similar).
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation standards.
- Support continuous improvement in TA processes and recruitment metrics.
- Offer Management
- Drive compensation discussions based on internal equity and market benchmarking.
- Close candidates effectively while managing negotiations professionally.
- Executing TA Projects.
- Hands on Experience in Workday.
Qualifications:
- 69 years of strong experience in Technology Recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for roles such as Java, .NET, Full Stack Engineers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, QA & Automation, Data Engineers/Data Scientists, Solution Architects, SRE, AI, ML.
- Strong sourcing expertise on Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.
- Excellent understanding of technology skillsets and current market trends.
- Strong stakeholder influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive under high hiring volumes and tight timelines.
- Experience with ATS platforms like Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc.
- Immediate Joiners are Preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting in Product-based, global technology organization.
- Exposure to high-volume or niche tech hiring.
- Strong analytics mindset ability to track and report hiring metrics.
- Knowledge of compensation structures in the India tech market.
