The Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Talent Specialist Technical Product Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chennai. This role focuses on hiring high-impact talent across technical product, product engineering, and digital technology domains.
You will act as a strategic hiring partner to product and engineering leaders, driving end-to-end recruitment excellence, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering a world-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
What You'll Do
- Partner with product leaders, engineering managers, and business stakeholders to deeply understand technical product requirements and hiring priorities.
- Review and interpret job descriptions related to Product Management, Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud, Data, and Emerging Technologies.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies leveraging job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and passive candidate outreach.
- Conduct in-depth technical and functional screenings, assessing candidates for product thinking, problem-solving skills, domain expertise, and cultural alignment.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including screening, interview coordination, stakeholder feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-quality candidates, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and transparent candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation, role fitment, and employment terms to successfully close offers for current and future hiring needs.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing technical product hiring.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders via email, voice, and virtual platforms.
- Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and compliance within ATS and internal systems while meeting SLAs and hiring goals.
What You Bring
- 56 years of experience in technical recruitment, with strong exposure to product-centric hiring.
- Proven success in hiring for Product Management, Engineering, Platform, Cloud, Data, and Digital Technology roles.
- Solid understanding of technical skill sets, product development lifecycles, and agile environments.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate offers and drive candidate commitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS platforms, and social recruiting tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
