Job Description

Job Title: Talent Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

5 Days onsite Monday to Friday 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with Semiconductor industry hiring experience to drive end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical roles. The role will focus on building strong talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and executing strategic hiring initiatives to support business growth in semiconductor design, manufacturing, and R&D.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce plans and technical hiring requirements.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for semiconductor talent across areas such as design, validation, manufacturing, and process engineering.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, industry networks, and campus partnerships.

Hire for technical roles such as ASIC/SoC Design, Physical Design, Verification, Analog/Mixed Signal, Firmware, Embedded Systems, Process Engineering, and Yield Engineering.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring manager satisfaction.

Collaborate with HR teams to ensure diversity hiring, employer branding, and campus hiring initiatives.

Work with recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms.

Stay updated with semiconductor market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

57 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3+ years in semiconductor or deep-tech hiring.

Proven experience hiring for semiconductor design, manufacturing, and R&D roles.

Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, chip design lifecycle, and engineering skill sets.

Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience hiring for companies in fabless, IDM, or semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Familiarity with other ATS platforms.

Experience with campus hiring and niche talent mapping for semiconductor skills.

Key Skills:

Good knowledge & understanding of Staffing industry in Domestic market ( India Market)

Should have capability to create Job Descriptions based on requirements

Ability to understand Job Descriptions & tweak the strategy for closures

Knowledge of sourcing and mining techniques within the recruiting space

Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment

Action-oriented and results-driven individual

Self-starter with ability to effectively manage multiple candidates, searches and projects
