Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a strategic talent partner who leads and shapes the talent agenda for India, ensuring the business is equipped with the right capabilities to scale, innovate, and compete. This role goes beyond hiring to build strong talent pipelines, influence workforce decisions, and translate business priorities into effective people solutions. Acting as a connector between leadership, teams, and the external talent market, the role champions a highquality candidate and employee experience while strengthening the organisation's employer brand and longterm talent
Responsibilities
· Partner with internal Divisions and Departments to understand manpower requirements and forecast short-term and long-term resource needs.
· Act as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders on all talent acquisition and deployment matters.
· Engage external partners, including preferred and technology partners, to source resources with specialized skillsets.
· Support IT manpower outsourcing business initiatives driven by RHQ.
· Execute the resource acquisition plan using appropriate sourcing techniques and channels.
· Develop effective sourcing solutions and partnerships to attract and acquire high-quality candidates.
· Assess candidate suitability and finalize selection for deployment.
· Proactively manage and engage candidate pools to support current and future business needs.
· Conduct staff profiling and tracking to support deployment and workforce visibility.
· Perform continual assessments of the quality-of-service delivery of deployed candidates.
· Appraise, coach, and counsel staff in collaboration with internal Divisions and Departments.
· Manage employee engagement activities for deployed resources.
Requirements
· Degree holder with at least 5 years Technical Recruitment.
· Proven track record in appreciating and resolving IT manpower supply challenges (from recruitment to training and development) in a systems development organization.
· Highly driven and a team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills with strong business acumen.
· Good negotiator and problem solver.
· Effective verbal and written communications skills.
· Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
· Must know the local language – Kannada.
· Experience with managing external IT manpower sourcing vendors is an advantage.
