Job Title: Technical (Software) Talent Acquisition Leader

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Talent Acquisition Leader to
spearhead our efforts in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier software engineering talent.
This role will be crucial in scaling our engineering teams, ensuring we continue to build
high-performing, innovative, and diverse teams that align with our company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy specifically for
software engineering roles.
Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and define role
requirements.
2. Sourcing and Recruitment:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including
sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, events)
to attract passive candidates.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through ongoing relationship
management.
Possess a wide recruitment network of software engineers and leaders that could
be tapped into for the staffing requirements.
3. Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance
and support to meet hiring targets.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
4. Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Implement best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.
5. Compensation Strategy and Negotiation:
Work on the compensation and benefits proposal for each of the selected
candidates.
Work with the Kickdrum HR and Leadership teams to come up with compelling
Compensation and Benefits strategies.
6. Employer Branding:
Enhance Kickdrum's employer brand within the software engineering community.
Partner with marketing and HR to create compelling recruitment campaigns and
materials.
7. Data-Driven Recruitment:
Leverage data and analytics to measure recruitment performance and make
informed decisions.
Track key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
8. Diversity and Inclusion:
Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring a diverse candidate
pool.
Implement strategies to reduce biases in recruitment.
9. Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to
understand their needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Act as a trusted advisor on all matters related to talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(Master's preferred).
Proven experience in technical recruitment, specifically within the software industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Passion for technology and staying updated with industry trends.
