Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders for further rounds.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports.
Qualifications
- 2 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/Tech hiring.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics is a plus.
