Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (e.g., security guards, cleaners, drivers, maintenance staff) and white-collar roles (e.g., teachers, counsellors, administrative staff). You will source, screen, and onboard top talent to meet our institution's staffing needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify hiring needs across blue-collar and white-collar positions in collaboration with department heads.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, campus networks, local agencies, and walk-ins.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments or skill tests tailored to educational roles.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Build a talent pipeline for high-volume hiring, such as teaching staff and support roles.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, diversity goals, and institutional hiring standards.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and optimize processes for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in education, hospitality, or high-volume hiring environments.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing blue-collar workers (e.g., via local networks) and white-collar professionals (e.g., educators).
- Proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter) and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; regional languages (e.g., Kannada, Tamil) a plus.
- Ability to handle volume hiring with a focus on quality and retention.
