What will you drive

  • Be the strategic co-pilot for business leaders shaping org design, building team muscle, and driving culture that feels more lived than laminated.
  • Own the entire employee journey from Nice to e-meet you to Catch you at the alumni meet.
  • Turn people problems into creative solutions, feedback into engagement plans, and churn into a cautionary tale for competitors.
  • Lead end-to-end hiring for your verticals planning headcounts with precision and closing roles with flair.
  • Partner with hiring managers to not just fill chairs, but future-proof teams.
  • Create a hiring engine that's fast, insightful, and leaves candidates saying, That was refreshingly smooth.
  • Use data to do more than decorate slides analyze, anticipate, and act.
  • Decode dashboards to flag flight risks, hiring hurdles, and hidden high performers.
  • Tell people stories that move minds with metrics that matter.

Who are we looking for

  • 3-4 years of combined experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition.
  • Stellar communication skills you can switch from boardroom talk to banter without skipping a beat.
  • Comfort with chaos start-up speed is your natural habitat.
  • A strong sense of ownership, empathy, and a bit of creative flair never hurts.
  • Experience with HR tech tools, ATS platforms, and an eye for process improvement.
