Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our
growing team. The role involves leading end-to-end recruitment while contributing to
key HR operational processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. You will play a
crucial role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent to support CARD91's rapid
growth.
Responsibilities & Duties
Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across all levels.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and design
effective sourcing strategies.
Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and
networking.
Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidate fit, and manage interview coordination
seamlessly.
Lead offer negotiations to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and company
budgets.
Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track recruitment progress
and data accuracy.
Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to support future business needs.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in implementing HR policies and
processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist in resolving HR-related queries.
.Qualifications & Skills
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment; fintech/startup experience is preferred,
not mandatory.
Proven ability to source and attract high-quality talent via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other
platforms.
Strong offer negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ATS tools and HR systems.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced
environment.
Passionate about building exceptional teams and delivering an outstanding candidate
experience.
