Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and business-aligned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end hiring for non-technical functions such as Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance roles. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience hiring mid level talent, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
  • Hire across Business, Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance functions
  • Drive mid-management hiring mandates
  • Ensure strong candidate experience and TAT adherence
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Leadership teams
  • Understand role expectations, business goals, and competency requirements
  • Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and networking
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche profiles
  • Maintain active passive-candidate pipeline
  • Conduct structured interviews
  • Assess candidate fit on competency, culture, and stability
  • Evaluate compensation alignment and manage negotiations
  • Drive offer roll-out and closure

Required Skills

  • 25 years of experience in Non-Tech Hiring
  • Strong experience in Business / Operations / Sales hiring
  • Hands-on experience in stakeholder management
  • Strong negotiation and closure skills
  • Understanding of compensation structures and market benchmarking
  • Experience working in fast-paced / high-growth environments
