Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience Required: 48 Years Salary Range: 68 LPA Location: D-Mall, NSP, Delhi Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 48 years of recruitment experience, preferably with strong exposure to hiring for Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Marketing, and Brand Management roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting for reputed consumable brands and be capable of managing end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Marketing, and Brand Manager roles Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri.com, job portals, referrals etc. Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical and leadership rounds Ensure quality hiring and timely closures Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring dashboards Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience Support employer branding and talent pipeline development initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications: 48 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Strong hiring experience for Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Marketing, and Brand roles Prior experience hiring for well-known consumable / FMCG brands Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in FMCG, D2C, or E-commerce companies Data-driven approach to recruitment and reporting
