What we're looking for:
Has minimum 2 years hands-on experience in B2C Sales / Bulk Hiring
Has managed regional sales hiring
Can handle high-volume roles without compromising quality
Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Is proactive, structured, and strong in stakeholder coordination
