Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for contract and permanent IT roles
  • Handle multiple requisitions across India, US, and APAC markets
  • Source, screen, evaluate, and close candidates within defined timelines

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct headhunting for niche and hard-to-fill technical positions
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and business objectives
  • Provide market insights and hiring recommendations
  • Ensure strong communication throughout the hiring lifecycle

Recruitment Operations & Compliance

  • Utilize ATS platforms such as Workday to manage pipelines and hiring workflows
  • Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with regional hiring practices across India, US, and APAC
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies, regions, and evolving hiring demands
