Job Description

We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in hiring and managing a young workforce, preferably across fast-paced and dynamic sectors such as Entertainment, Sports, Events, Social Media, and Broadcasting and based in Delhi.

This role is not limited to recruitment alone. We are looking for someone who can identify the right talent, assess candidates effectively, build a reliable talent pipeline, and support workforce accountability through regular monitoring of reports and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scout and identify talent as per hiring requirements shared by the management
  • Vet candidate profiles and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct the first round of interviews and assess candidate fit
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen a talent pool for current and future hiring needs
  • Develop a resourceful pipeline of candidates across relevant functions
  • Work closely with leadership to understand manpower needs and execution priorities
  • Monitor work reports of the workforce on a regular basis
  • Track task deadlines and follow up to ensure timely completion of responsibilities
  • Help bring structure, accountability, and coordination within the team
  • Payroll managment
  • Managing onboarding & exits.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce coordination
  • Prior experience in hiring for a young and dynamic workforce
  • Exposure to industries such as Entertainment, Sports, Events, Social Media, or Broadcasting

  • Strong communication in english, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to maintain structured hiring pipelines, reports, and databases
  • A proactive, organized, and resourceful approach to execution
  • Ability to balance hiring responsibilities with workforce monitoring and deadline tracking
  • Strong skill sets to build reports & presentation .
