About The Role -

You will be working in partnership with internal stakeholders, senior managers and HR/Recruitment team on all aspects. You'd manage full cycle recruitment for all key roles across the company.

What You'll Do -

  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for senior and leadership roles, from role scoping and sourcing to offer closure and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner closely with founders and the senior team leads to understand hiring needs, define role expectations, and build strong hiring strategies for critical positions.
  • You'd primarily be responsible for managing talent acquisition operations, interview coordination, talent sourcing, resume screening, cross functional collaboration, etc.
  • Maintain strong hiring pipelines and proactively build relationships with potential candidates for future leadership roles.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and time-to-fill for critical roles.
  • Guide and support the day-to-day work of the TA team, helping prioritise roles, reviewing pipelines, and ensuring hiring processes run smoothly.
  • Continuously improve hiring processes and frameworks to support the company's growth and evolving leadership hiring needs.

What Makes You a Good Fit -

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment (preferably with high growth startups is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed in hiring.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
