About the Role

We are looking for a smart, driven, and grounded recruitment professional who can independently manage end-to-end hiring across recurring and business-critical roles. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, company mapping, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement, while maintaining a high level of ownership and professionalism.

This role requires someone who understands the hiring market deeply, communicates confidently with candidates and stakeholders, and can work with accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles.
  • Understand hiring requirements directly from stakeholders and convert them into effective hiring strategies.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through smart sourcing techniques across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
  • Perform company mapping and competitor talent research to identify quality candidates.
  • Handle recurring and volume hiring requirements efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Screen, assess, and engage candidates professionally to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback collection, and offer discussions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring reports, and update recruitment trackers using Excel.
  • Take ownership of closures and ensure positions are filled within defined timelines.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand evolving business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end (NON IT ) recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and company mapping.
  • Experience handling recurring or high-volume hiring mandates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering capability.
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently.
  • Good understanding of candidate engagement and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment tracking/reporting.
  • Professional, grounded, and team-oriented attitude.
